All of my readings are written and delivered to your inbox - there's no live call or appointment needed. Once you've booked and completed your purchase, I'll get to work on your reading personally. Depending on the type of reading you've booked, I'll tune into your energy, draw cards, channel any messages that come through and put it all together into a full written reading just for you.

Readings are released in small batches each month, and your reading will be delivered within the month it was launched - I always endeavour to get them out as soon as I can. Your reading will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please double-check that it's correct before placing your order.

For the Intuitive Reading and Energy Cleansing & Reading, you don't need to do a thing - just keep an eye on your inbox. For the 5 Question Reading, you'll be asked to submit your five questions at checkout. Try to make them as specific as you can, as this helps me channel more focused and relevant guidance for you.

Your name and email address are all I need. I don't require your date of birth, star sign or location to connect with your energy, though you're welcome to share anything you feel is relevant in the order notes at checkout.

Readings must be booked and paid for by the person receiving them - this is an important part of how I work energetically, and I require that consent to be present before connecting with someone's energy. If you'd like to give a reading as a gift, a gift card is the perfect option - your recipient can then choose and book their own reading when they're ready.

Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each carrying its own symbolism, energy and meaning. As a reader, I use the cards as a tool to tune in to your energy and the energy around your situation. They don't predict the future with certainty - rather, they offer insight into where you are right now, what patterns or energies are at play, and what potential paths lie ahead. Think of them as a mirror, not a map.

Psychic mediumship is the ability to connect with and receive messages from those who have passed over. I do have this ability, and sometimes it comes through naturally during a reading - particularly in the Intuitive Reading and Energy Cleansing & Reading. If you're hoping to connect with a specific person, you're welcome to mention this in your order notes and I'll do my best to open to that connection. Please know that I can't guarantee a specific person will come through - mediumship works with whoever is present - but I will always share whatever arrives with care and honesty.

A spiritual clearing is an energetic process of releasing what is heavy, stuck or no longer serving you - whether that's stagnant energy, emotional weight or patterns that have been holding you back. As part of the Energy Cleansing & Reading, I perform this clearing personally on your behalf before moving into the reading itself. Many people find they feel lighter, calmer and more open after a clearing, even without having done anything themselves.

You can ask about anything - love and relationships, career and finances, decisions you're navigating, personal growth or anything else that's on your mind. The more specific your question, the more focused the guidance I can offer. For example, "What do I need to know about my relationship with X?" will give you more than "Will I find love?" That said, there's no wrong question - if it's weighing on you, bring it.

No - and I'd be cautious of any reader who promises that. The future is fluid and influenced by the choices you and others make. What a reading can do is give you insight into the energies and patterns currently at play, help you understand your situation more clearly, and offer perspective on the paths available to you. My intention is always to support you, not to create fear or take your agency away.

That's completely okay - scepticism is healthy and I respect it. You don't need to be a believer to receive value from a reading. Many of my clients come in curious rather than convinced, and leave feeling like something meaningful came through. I'd only ask that you approach it with an open mind. If something doesn't resonate straight away, sit with it - sometimes things make more sense over time.

This can happen, and that's okay. Sometimes a message is about something just around the corner that you don't have full visibility of yet. Other times, something might land differently when you come back to it later. I always encourage you to take what feels true and leave what doesn't - a reading is a perspective, not a verdict. If you feel something was significantly off, please reach out and I'm happy to talk it through with you.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as any payment methods supported at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of readings, I'm unable to offer refunds once a reading has been delivered. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out before your reading is sent and I'll do my best to work something out with you. If there's been an error on my end, I'll always make it right.
